The Felt – PU Foam support your body and mould your body shape. Convoluted foam provides better ventilation and disperses body pressure. High-quality Felt – PU Foam draw foam heat away from the body, mattress full keeping you cool during sleep. Coir foam provides a soft and breathable sleep surface with ultimate pressure point relief.
This type of mattress is not advised or suggested to cold wash or hand wash. We prefer the dry clean or Vaccum cleaning the mattress would be best for it.
Mostly this type of mattresses lasts for a lifetime. However, we can provide at least 10-15 years of warranty to this mattresses.
Standard delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days for regular orders but for corporate and special cases it may take much time. As we produce products on-demand that’s why delivery time may vary depending on factory workload. However, the customers will be informed regarding the delivery timeline.
The delivery date may change for any unavoidable circumstances or covid-19 lockdown.
Inside Dhaka city, we do provide home delivery and provide free assembly (Except wall mounting) using our /third party transport. For outside Dhaka city we do provide door to door shipping, in that case, we don’t provide assemble service physically but we do help to assemble via video call if required.
In Dhaka city, customers will get fitting service on the same day of delivery. For outside Dhaka delivery customers, self-assembly is required.
Mode of Payment
For the range of shopping up to BDT Fifty Thousand order the 10% payment has to pay on order as confirmation payment, rest have to pay one the same day of delivery. For the above shopping volume and corporate order, the confirmation money amount is 50% of the total shopping volume.
Order Change or cancellation
Regular orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 days. A cancellation charge is applicable depending on work progress.
1-year free service Warranty for any manufacturing fault. No warranty/guarantee for glass, fabric and artificial leather.
Fitment Craft will pay a delayed penalty valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if the delivery is not done within the standard deadline. However, there will be 7 days buffer before any such penalty is applied.
Inventory Holding Cost
The customer will pay inventory holding cost valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if the customer doesn’t take delivery of the completed goods. However, there will be 7 days buffer before any such cost becomes due.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Return and Refunds
Your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that you received it.The item must be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Only regular priced items may eligible to refunded/exchange. On sale/ discounted/ Customized (color, size and other) than the regular items cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After the delivery person leaves – a damage report may not be except (As per the rule of the delivery company)
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, on sale/ discounted/ Customized in terms of colour, size and other than the regular items cannot be refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your advised payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for the refund of the agreed amount.
